Fascinated by the depth of plums and the wisdom of our predecessors, she tells others about dishes made with Sugita Plums and works to popularize them, suggesting ideas for having a life with delicious and healthy Sugita Plums. She studied under Sachiko Norimatsu of Engaku Baikado, who is known as the Plum Lady.
